ROCKS (Reaching Out to Communities and Kids) Employee Volunteer programme hosted a Kuih Raya Workshop


In conjunction with Mother's Day, ROCKS employee volunteer programme recently hosted a Kuih Raya workshop for a group of underprivileged single mothers at Nestle MAGGI Masak-Masak Kitchen that conducted by Nyonya Chef, Florence Tan. 




Through this workshop, participants able to learn how to make cookies through Nestle NESTUM to earn extra income for the upcoming Raya celebrations. This provide the platform for Nestle to promote their products to a broader group that may have a little or no knowledge of the products and services.  Besides, the knowledgeable and friendly spokesperson can contribute to creating satisfied customers and also can provide the unique selling experience that an organization is often seeking.

Nestle relaunches Maggi vegetable atta noodles and oats variants



Nestle looking to claw back its market share in instant noodles segment by relaunched vegetable atta noodles and oats variants of Maggi. They used video marketing as one of the marketing skill to promote the instant noodles.





This were very effective as they showed excellent contents in advertisement by keeping the video short. They also used some celebrities to attract every consumer. Nestle also take advantage of video’s branding opportunities by display the logo in the end of the video. Through this, it can strengthen Nestle leadership position in instant noodle market and building back their market share.

NESTLÉ Invest 80 Million Euros in the Netherlands


Nestle is investing over 80 million CHF to expand its infant nutrition factory at Nunspeet, Netherlands. Nunspeet has been the home of the Nestle infant nutrition factory since 1895. The fully expanded site will be operational in 2017.

Through this news, we know that factory in Nunspeet will be expanded with an innovative technical installation for the production of Infant Specialities. The nutrition range has been developed for babies with protein allergies which help future mother take care their baby easily due to the food allergies in babies has reached 10% in some regions. More employment will be create which provide a job opportunity to people who are interested working in Nestle.

Nestlé delivers year-on-year growth for FY2015 despite tough environment

Nestlé Malaysia Named Top 3 Most Attractive Employers in Malaysia!


Nestlé Malaysia was recently voted one of top three most attractive employers at the Randstad Award 2016. The Company was awarded with an attractiveness score of 64.35%.


This would help Nestle to attract more employees especially for college graduates to join their company. As Nestle continue to grow, it is better that gain the awards for being such a great workplace. Most of the employees want to be enjoy in their jobs, as well as get as much as coverage from company. They would also do some survey regarding on the company before they start apply job in the future.
